Loft men's photo session for Andrey, Kiev

A few words about the model: With Andrey we shot earlier, in the summer, and made the image lighter, lighter. Now the task was to do the opposite style, more brutality, courage and dark with brown shades. So we agreed that a three-piece suit is needed, preferably gray. Gray always goes well with a loft, unlike blue suits. For the entourage, they approved the addition of a cigar and whiskey. These accessories always look good in the frame. In addition, take a newspaper and shoot a scene where the model is reading it on the couch. It took us about a week and a half to complete the preparation, and Andrey responsibly bought everything for shooting. We agreed on many things online, when the customer sent options for a glass or costume for approval.

On the day of shooting, an hour before the start, a makeup artist was waiting for the customer in the dressing room of the photo studio. The assignment was written several days before the project, so that at the time of preparation everyone already knew their goals and did not waste time on additional coordination. After 60 minutes, Andrey was ready to take pictures. At this time, I was already at the location (in the photo studio hall) and placed the furniture in the necessary position to work out the scenes. Then there was a photo session lasting 2 hours. During this time, we were able to work through the whole room, the model was able to drink 100g of whiskey, smoke 1 cigar, have fun and get about 200 source frames. I worked on a Sony A7R4 paired with Sigma 85mm f/1.4 Art and Sigma 35mm f/1.2 Art optics. Portraits worked at 85, and compositions where scene capture is needed were rendered at 35 mm. At the end of the shooting, a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere reigned at the location, everyone felt pleasantly tired.
