Gabriel himself has a slim body and tall stature, over 190 cm. Clean skin and a stylish haircut. Based on all these features, I made a plan for the selection of clothes. We approved what and how it will be well combined and what style the Model adheres to in everyday life. After that, on a prearranged day, I went to Ocean Plaza, and within the framework of the budget discussed, I selected clothes with suitable sizes in various stores. After a couple of hours, Gabriel arrived at shopping mall. Due to the fact that I put everything off in advance, it took me 2 hours to try on and buy the whole wardrobe. We bought clothes of famous brands, with good wear resistance and practicality. All acquired clothes were compatible with each other, which allowed us to complete the first stage of the image. We approved that for the best disclosure of the image we will use a photo studio in loft colors, an open cafe with a terrace and an area at the Olympic SSC.

For the photo shoot, we approved a weekday with cloudy, rainy weather. As you probably already guessed, it all had to reduce the number of people caught in the frame in the background. The shooting itself took place in summer, in August. At this time, daylight is much longer than in winter, so we had more than 5 hours for the project. Returning to the idea with the image, we agreed to use the Colors photo studio, where there was a suitable room with the necessary tones and shades in the interior. All this, in aggregate, created the necessary surroundings for the first part of the project. Then we approved to use the One Love Cafe, located near the church. It contained all the desired design elements for the scene: large, clean windows that, reflect the lamps, beautiful wooden tables and an elegant supply of drinks. In conclusion, the last location was the area near the stadium.

On the appointed day, Gabriel was already awaited by a makeup artist and a barber. They were already informed on what and how to do, so that as soon as the model arrived at the training camp, they started to work. Gabriel took all the clothes he purchased, and after the work of the makeup artist and barber was ready. Then the photo session took place. At that time I had a 17-35 mm with 1.8 lens.. The diaphragm was set in the 3.0 - 2.0 area, for a beautiful blur and expression in the sharpness. Fortunately, on this day weather forecasters did not lie and the weather was really expected outside. This made it possible to get the desired light from the large windows of the photo studio, providing the model with the necessary shadows. In the hall there was an Edison lamp, which also played an important role, and filled the back of the studio with loft shades. During the shoot, Gabriel felt confident and comfortable. It was not difficult for him to work for the camera and remain himself. After we went to the center to work out the second image, having previously changed clothes. In the cafe we ordered fresh orange juice and coffee and took several business magazines. These details added the image brightness and depth. In conclusion, we got to the stadium, and since the weather was fine and it was a weekday, we easily shooted the last image.

As a result of the shooting, we received more than 400 source photos, approximately 150 per image and location. Due to the fact that the make-up artist worked with Gabriel beforehand, the skin tone and relief was brought up to the ones needed for the photo shoot. In all the pictures, already without retouching and color, the skin was excellent. Based on this, the reject percentage was about 15-20%, As a result of the selection, a series of 300 photos remained, 75 per location. Since the shooting took place in one day, but in different places, we had to work considerably with color correction. In fact, the amount of work is equivalent to three separate photo sessions, as there is a different light and location shade everywhere. In the end, I managed to achieve an organic colouring of the entire project in the same style. I applied all colors exclusively in the manual mode, without using of presets. Due to the fact that the skin is in order thanks to the make-up, it mainly focused on the details - the threads on the clothes, the sockets in the studio, the people in the background.
